I worked with John Monaco and he was very nice and upfront. There were no promises made and they reached out to the irs with me on the line as stated in the commercial. Do Not Recommend - If you still decide to use them PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR STATEMENTS they charge late fees, when payment was not late, statements are mailed after your due date so they can charge you fees, charge additional fees, balance never goes down, you end up owing more and they will try to take your home. **INSTEAD Try contacting your tax office instead & ask if they offer delinquent tax installment plans. **FILE CH 13 BANKRUPTCY if you fall behind on your payments with them to avoid them taking your home….
