I cannot recommend Dr. Carolina enough. I am currently going through IVF transfer preparation, and she has become such an important part of my journey. Love coming to Ova Health. The whole experience is wonderful, I always feel so taken care off. Dr. Zakes explains the whole process so well and changes the protocol with each appointment based on our goals. The location is very central and the office is very clean and inviting. Highly recommended for your acupuncture and health.
I have mixed reviews about this place! I signed up for six weeks I was scheduled every Thursday for 9 AM. There was not one Thursday that she was ready for me at 9 AM, I always felt like she was not gonna answer the door. I was supposed to receive herbs each week and I only received one package of herbs. Dr. Amaya is wonderful. She is so caring and present, and never makes you feel rushed despite how busy the office can be. I’ve been seeing her for about three months, and acupuncture has been extremely effective for me — my irregular cycles have become more consistent, and the sessions are also a great way for me to relax and de-stress. I genuinely look forward to my appointments every week and am so grateful for her care.
