An Outwest Express truck tried to run me off the road and into the Missouri River on May 8. Before that, he had been tailgating me badly. I really thought he was going to be pushing my bumper. It was bad enough that I called a friend who is a highway patrolman. He told me to call 911 and call him back, so I did. I gave them as good a description of the truck as I could, but it was raining and getting dark so I couldn't see much other than the name of the truck and that the plates were from Texas.
