I attempted to purchase a Malvern Star bicycle for my wife’s upcoming birthday. I left my name and number with the manager to let me know when more would be in stock to select a colour and purchase. After receiving no phone call, I returned to the store after several days to check on the progress. I was advised that all new stock for the model I was after had arrived and been sold… The manager/store owner showed no contrition, as if to expect me to wait for the next order to come in. I would not recommend this business.

Have just purchased a new bike and they were very helpful, great people and go out of their way to help. I will be purchasing two more for the kids
