Purchased a few bikes from Outspoken from kids bikes to eMTBs. My most recent experience was this Orbea Rise - Tara and the gang were all very supportive and kept me up to date such as when the bike was being built and would arrive, etc. Although there was a small glitch from Orbea (the rear shock they had on the bike was inoperable) Tara sent it to Fox right away for me and was able to get a spare one put on in the meantime).
