Sean was so helpful setting us up with 2 ebikes and safety vests, helmets, phone holder. The online maps linked to this website were exceptionally useful. The bikes were easy to use. We were glad they came with 'saddle bags' to store our extra layers. We needed them! Pick up and drop off were seamless! A great experience. Highly recommend. Thanks, Sean
Excellent bikes. We rented at 3 different places on Vancouver Island and Saltspring while on a weeks holiday. These were the best for climbing hills with power and great for cruising. Great experience.
Rented ebikes and had so much fun! Would definitely do this again. Sean was very helpful, gave us tips on how to get the best use of the bikes on the hilly terrain, making it all much more manageable! Would highly recommend this shop!
Wow, can’t say enough good things about Niko! We were dismayed that the shop is (mostly) closed on Sundays & Mondays, but they do offer rentals by reservation those days. Niko met us at the shop at our preferred time on Monday morning, fitted us all with bikes & helmets, including my mother and ten year-old son, and spend quite a bit of time with my mom making sure she felt comfortable and confident on her e-bike. Wonderfully kind and generous staff! We had a reservation for a long weekend Saturday and because of ferry delays, did not arrive until 1 hour before their closing time. I called ahead to let them know we would be late and was told "we'd never give your bikes away!" Despite the delay being completely our fault, they were still kind to offer letting us return our bikes after hours, took time to chat us through the best route options for our limited time and made sure our bikes were properly fitted.
