Took my bike in on a Saturday morning and had it back the same day. Jay and the team were straightforward, communicative, and fair. They replaced my cassette, chain, adjusted both brakes, trued the front wheel, and replaced a brake cable — all for a reasonable price. They answered every question I had without making me feel like it was a burden. Solid shop with experienced mechanics who clearly know what they’re doing. Will be back!
Got my first modern road bike from this Shop and couldn’t be happier with the overall experience. Tire replacement. Diagnostic was done rapidly. All replacement part in stock. No wait. Michael was precise in his explanations in what had to be done. In and out in 10 minutes. Take that Trek on mc dill!
I cannot recommend Outspokin enough. Their bike selection is great, but their service is what sets them apart. They have fixed a few tires for me, and it was such a pleasant experience each time. They were friendly and prompt, and I look forward to my next visit. Awesome job guys!
