Great bike shop! It was a Sunday morning and my workout was delayed, in peril of cancelation, due to some bike issues that I could not solve myself. Sarah, Jacob, and the outspoken bike repair team really helped me out and got me back on the road in minimal time. My bike is now riding better than ever. Thank you, I will be back.
The store itself is great—good selection, quality products, and decent prices. However, my experience was completely ruined by the behavior of one of the salespeople, Ronald. He was rude, dismissive, and acted like helping a customer was the last thing he wanted to do. Every question was met with an attitude, and he made me feel like I was an inconvenience just for being there.
