I purchased a Como Specialized bike from Outspokin 3 1/2 years ago. I ride my bike about 60 miles a week. Matt relentlessly tackled a recurring problem I was having with my bike. He kept me informed on what they were doing to my bike until the issue was resolved. I love my bike but without Matt's amazing customer service I might have given up on it. You are so fortunate to have an employee of Matt's caliber on your staff.
