The wife and I wanted to make the switch from standard bicycles to E-bikes. Everyone was doing it, and it just made sense with all the advantages that E-bikes have. Family run operation. Awhile back, I bought my E-Bike, I did not buy from them and they were still absolutely easy to work with on my E-bike. Nowhere else could you get that done. I promise you the next E-bike I buy.I'll be checking with the people at outspoken first... I was treated great, fast service (one day) and very reasonable. If I could give a 10 star review I would. The guys at this shop are awesome. Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable and friendly. This was my first time riding an E-bike, bike rode great. I rented it for 3 hours and went around Cleveland metro area, Wendy park and those paved trails. Definitely will rent from this location again when I’m in this area!
Very kind and friendly. Very knowledgeable! He fixed the Tuttio e-moto right up in a timely manner. I drove 40 minutes to get to the shop. And will drive there again if anything is needed in the future!!!
