Nobody ever answers the damn phone!
I will be filing a claim against this company to the BBB, they are continuing to pursue a debt and send letters to my house claiming I need to pay them after the debt was already settled with Steele Memorial Hospital. I had to jump through a ton of hoops the first time and shell out a ton of money already and they are claiming it never happened. Glad I kept a record of every receipt so these leeches can't steal more from me.
Great Company. They have done an incredible job collecting, and are very polite with the people who owe. I haven't had any bad reviews happen to my business due to using their services. I'm sure this is difficult work in getting money from people who don't pay, and Outsource knows how to do their business professionally.
