The best service on time
Worst car service I have ever experienced. My 80 yr old mom was stranded by the company. They were not able to get a car to pick up my mom from an appointment for a return trip back home. They stated her trip was canceled and she needed to call the insurance company. An 80 yr old lady with dementia and no knowledge of scheduling transportation. This is unacceptable. Peor servicio!!! Siempre se dilatan más del tiempo prometido, aun que tengas reservado el viaje el servio de las que levantan la llamada parece que no saben de customer service. Necesitan mejorar en muchas cosas.
Perdida de tiempo y muy malas experiencia desde el primer viaje hasta son unos mentirosos y mal educados al poner en espera y todo!
