Don’t waste your time with this law firm. They never call back. They say Philip is always busy anytime you call. And it doesn’t matter how many messages you leave they will not call you back. Philip, if you’re that busy, maybe hire some other attorneys? Or you could just simply say that you’re not taking any new clients. I’ve called every day for 2 1/2 months and I’ve never gotten a reply. Do better!
Philip Ellison's client, Kevin Lindke, has been harassing multiple individuals, seemingly as part of their legal strategy for the Lindke v. King and Lindke v. Lane cases. When I sent Mr. Ellison a cease and desist, suspecting that the harassment may have been connected to these cases, he forwarded my email to Kevin; additional harassment ensued. As a community member I’ve watched with growing concern the way attorney Ellison has used the legal system against ordinary people. It looks to me to be intimidation through paperwork. Telling folks they cant speak their minds. The courts exist to protect people not to be weaponized against them. But when ordinary citizens are dragged through constant filings and threats by an experienced attorney it tells us anyone with a bar card can overpower and hurt people. I’m someone who’s been around long enough to know when something doesn’t sit right. My experience with attorney Philip Ellison left me uneasy. In my opinion, the situation involved some behavior from one of his clients that felt unnecessary and unprofessional, and I don't see much effort on his part to calm things down for folks.
