Kathryn is an excellent therapist with years of experience. I had a chronic neck shoulder pain for years where no amount of other osteo or massage worked. Kathryn has managed, using a variety of techniques, to neutralise the pain. I now see her to maintain good musculo skeletal health.
Kathryn Cross is a skilled Musculoskeletal Therapist who has been treating me for many years for chronic pain. Kathryn diagnosed and treated issues that others had not been able to, resulting in my being able to manage my problems with specific home exercises and an occasional maintenance therapy session. I have referred a number of friends to Kathryn, all of whom found her excellent. I cannot recommend Kathryn more highly.
For 20 years now I have suffered chronic pain following significant surgery. About 6 months after the operation, and the situation not improving, my surgeon informed me that it is a condition I will have from now on. I manage my pain with medication and a fortnightly treatment from Kathryn. I have been visiting Outside In for approximately 5 years now and I wish I had found Kathryn earlier. She has made a considerable difference to my pain management and I have no hesitation in highly recommending her to anyone.
Highly recommended for the diagnosis and treatment of muscular skeletal disorders.
