Very helpful and attentive when selling you a bike, but can’t maintain that disposition if you think you have a warranty issue. These folks immediately resorted to blame-shifting and telling me I didn’t know how to operate the bike. Didn’t even bother asking questions, straight to accusations. Totally amateur. Also told me my $6k ebike was an “entry level” price point, hence the problems with the bike! I guess that makes them bourgeois and deflective.
Outside Bike is a top notch establishment. They have great equipment, knowledgeable staff, and excellent service. Their bike mechanics are very capable and accomodating to your needs. For example, I arrived with some bike repair issues late in the day and on short notice. In spite of this, they got me going while I waited. Fantastic service that was much appreciated. You can't go wrong with these guys.
I had a very positive experience buying my dream bike recently. The staff are very friendly and responsive. Eric in particular took me through configuring my bike. I am very happy with the bike and the service!
These guys know their stuff. Don't hesitate to drop in for gear or service!
was looking for specific brake pad, gave me b05s even tho i was looking for b01s, they said they would work, now there too thick for my bike 🫤 Edit: They do work, thats my bad for giving yall a bad review
