Very accomplished mechanics here. They know what they are doing. I brought my bike to get my shifting tuned up. They helped me out in that area, but when I got my invoice, I found out my brakes were serviced. I did not ask for this at all, and they did not ask me before doing this. It was quite disappointing to see this on the invoice, because it marked the price up quite a bit.

Paul and the crew are the best in Canmore. We come from south of Calgary often. We bought a Rocky Mountain Reaper a few years ago. I’m currently trying out a bike for myself now. Update, I’ve bought the bike and am so happy to be able to ride again. Paul, Dean, Ed and Oliver all helped me to set up the bike to work for me. It’s been 5 years since I rode due to injuries. Now I’m on an e-bike that’ll keep me comfortable for years!!! Thank you guys. I’m still smiling!!!

Outside has amazing service and salespeople. I was looking at a Rocky Mountain Instinct and Dean was super helpful and accomodating. I didn’t end up buying the bike because I was looking for a little more travel, but really appreciated all Dean’s help. Definitely the best bike shop in Canmore!
