Dr. Sieara Hinshaw took great care of me and my injuries. She was thoughtful, insightful, caring, and always went the extra mile to ensure I’d recover correctly. Once my issue had been resolved I’d come by for dry needling/cupping/extra pt moves as needed. She always seemed to know the right thing to do to get me back to 100% and feeling great lifting again. Great place, clean, inviting, friendly. Everything you need in a PT.

I’ve been going to Outshine several months now seeking help with a strained Achilles tendon. The therapist, Valere, has helped me immensely with dry needling, massage and exercises. She has been great about looking for causes, not just treating symptoms. And the atmosphere at Outshine is so positive and filled with natural light and friendly. I really recommend!!
