I called last min., but they got me in asap! 5.1/2 Stars!!! Vehicle was perfect, (clean, well maintained). Hospitality was absolutely memorable, to say the least. Staff was so helpful and extremely personable, just all-around good people deal with. Would use their services a thousand times again!
They will try to upcharge you on insurance that you don’t need. Not to mention the car they gave me reeked of cigarettes.
I've been without my vehicle for going on 2 months due to a car accident. She has been a great help from day 1. No problems with renting, she has been very understanding with my situation. She has been giving me discounts due to my situation. Very honest and straightforward
Lady that answered the phone was very rude and uninterested in listening to how to resolve the situation. She kept angrily talking over me with no respect or regard to the other person on the phone. I had to end the call utterly frustrated that she was so closed off to an adult conversation.
