Upon entering the store, the girls and owner were very nice. They helped my girls find a dress, try it on, etc... However, after we brought the dresses home, my one daughter wanted to try the dress on pre-prom just to make sure that everything looks ok. I had such a hard time with the zipper that I could not get it up at all! I called back the store to explain my concerns and got a very attitudey owner telling me that there was nothing wrong with the dress and it needed to be zipped up a certain way. They went above and beyond by donating dresses, shoes, and tuxes to support our students, and their kindness truly made a difference. From the moment we walked in, we had a truly wonderful experience. Rachel not only helped our daughter pick out the dress, but she was so supportive and honest and unlike any other store we had ventured into. We made an appt, we were on time, we were allowed to try on as many dresses as she wanted and she found the one that was right for her. Today was our first fitting. Amy was so nice.
