Awful experience, owner is rude and lied to me. Very long story not worth writing just look elsewhere for a dress. Girls that work there are sweet though.
The attitude of the lady at the checking out desk was very distasteful. My dad and my little sister went earlier today to pick up her dress and they expressed that they did not want any alterations done. Alterations are not included in the dress price, they are an additional $80. After hearing this, the lady claimed that they wasted her time and that if they were to come back and get it altered, they would have to pay an additional $20 ($100) as if they did something wrong to be required to pay more. DO NOT GO HERE!! The only thing outrageous is the costumer service!!! They have a small selection and the staff there was not helpful ESPECIALLY the owner! she had a very nasty attitude and talked to everyone disrespectfully.Go save your time and money and go somewhere much better with a better selection and nicer staff DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
Horrible experience. Ripped dress out of my friend’s hand (while she was undressed in fitting room) because she realized she had sold it to someone from her same school. Shoved her arm into the room and made her hand it back immediately. She then got nasty at the sweet girl working because she god forbid to check a book with what dresses were bought for which school. Run in the opposite direction. This place is messy, dusty and the owner is mean, pushy and rude. Outrageous prices and selections from 1995 !
