Used to be better. Outpost used to be the best trail shop in town but they're having trouble competing with larger chains. They still have a nice selection given their small size and they can do special orders to accomodate lack of space for more product. They are beside The Bicycle Post so don't get lost looking for them -- they often have sales going on!
