Outlook has quietly ended their Me2Me transfer system, making it exceedingly difficult to access your own money. I did not receive email communication regarding this change, and frankly find it a dirty way to treat loyal customers. Look elsewhere, you won't find convenience here. I'll be pulling all my money from them and going elsewhere. These financial institutions make money off your money - they should have to work for it!
Problems accessing on-line banking with new website. I have spent hours trying to gain access, both individually and through tech support to no avail. I'm done with this institution.
Do not use! They literally make it impossible to get your money out.
Absolutely the worst financial institution in Manitoba. I regret ever opening accounts here. While they have a new system I am Locked out of and listed phone numbers do NOT WORK. This platform always had issues such as getting locked out but now this is at a new level of absurdity. I am slightly panicked as I want to Move everything out but now cannot gain access online or phone. Terrible terrible experience!!
Been an Outlook Financial customer for years. Recently they removed Me to Me transfers and withdrawals, meaning you now have to pay fees to transfer or withdraw your own money!! Bad practice , bad operational system . Really awful to have to pay fees to access your money My wife says we need to move our money elsewhere, which I agree with.
