This company has been SUCH a nightmare to work with. I had a move on Monday, December 30th 2024, and while the employees that I worked with were all very nice (the movers and Julio who scheduled my appointment), this is definitely a management issues. The home I moved into is brand new construction and while moving my washer and dryer up the stairs, they damaged my baseboard of the stairs.
