I was super nervous to order from this company after I read some of the reviews but I’m so glad I did!! They have some of the last climbing shoes I adore that were discontinued (I have searched EVERYWHERE for these things). They shipped super fast, and I got them in their original box brand new! Very pleased!
Horable service. My order has been processing for 14 days. It was supposed to be delivered a week ago. I think this company is a scam, I have also been charged for the item already.
Outland USA had two pair of Filson jeans we could not find anywhere else online. I worked with Andrea in their customer service and she was exceptional. She went out of her way to get the pants delivered on time. I had an excellent experience with OutlandUSA. Highly recommend.
The company seems like they are understaffed and mismanaged. The customer service is very difficult to reach. I ordered fishing waders as a gift for Christmas online through Outland and received the wrong size. When I reached out to fix the issue they didn't have the size I originally ordered and I had to return the waders.
