Got a new Schwinn Marshal Ebike and wanted to make sure it was assembled right. Not only did I get a very reasonable price to do a safety/assembly check, I was made aware that the metal pads on the bike would likely fail and Max recommended hydraulic brakes instead. Again another reasonable price and Max broke down why it was an important upgrade. Took my bike in for a drive train cleaning and indexing, left with a replaced broken axle and undercharged me for it all. Got me straight same-day while traveling, can't say enough how much I appreciate Carson n'em at Outland! Big ups
