I've been an Outer Vision customer for many years. Before eye surgery, I had profound vision loss and they went out of their way to find a place that could grind my prescription, which wasn't easy! They truly do seem dedicated to helping their customers in every way they can, plus they do have a great assortment of frames. I have been using this office for years, even afer I left the Charleston area. They still bend over backwards to help me out on scheduling appointments and getting contacts, etc. Great service.
