Went in for the first time the other day and the owner, Matt, was so rude and arrogant. Acted like he had no time for paying customers. Can tell he was raised by a mother that strokes her son's ego. Worst experience ever.
Recently bought a new snowboard from Outer Limits and had my son’s board tuned up. Excellent service and very reasonable pricing. Eric was extremely helpful and got us fitted up in no time. They had the equipment ready to go in a couple days and the whole process was easy. The staff is knowledgeable and detail oriented. Five stars.
Without question, the best ski and bike shop in western Mass. Matt has gone out of his way over and over again to help me out and support the local skiing industry. Prices are reasonable and he has an absolute wealth of knowledge about gear, new and old. He has done some incredible tuning on skis for me multiple times in the past. I had an issue with one of my ski boots where a piece disappeared, and he happily dismembered an old ski boot, just to get the piece, not to mention same-day service on mounting a new set of skis. ... read more
