I had an early morning pickup from Southern Shores to Norfolk airport. I confirmed with the driver 3 days prior and the night before. Driver didn't show up that morning. When I called she was sound asleep. I have used the service before and happy to pay the premium price but has to be 100% reliable. That isn't the case and I will use another service in the future.

Veronica was amazing, helpful and flexible with my schedule change. Vehicle was clean and smoke free. Great service, definitely highly recommend.

I've read the other reviews and honestly don't understand where they are coming from. I've used this service for at least 3 roundtrips to Norfolk International Airport and have never had an issue. They are always on time, the car is clean and they've never left me hanging. Based on my experience, I'd recommend this service.

I'm very please with the service Veronica gave to my elder mother. Even though my mom doesn't speak English, Veronica took the best care of her, picking her up on time and being very professional. Definitively using this service again in the future when need it. 100% recommended.
