Recently purchased a simple but effective outdoor kitchen to suit the built-in Webber for our house in Palm Beach Gold Coast. I am very impressed with the end result and have to say Sam was excellent to deal with over email throughout the purchase, delivery and set up. Big positives; fits 2 LPG gas bottles under the bbq and you get the benefits of the trusted Webber bbq (bought separately). I purchased food today from your North Lakes branch. Unfortunately, the food was in very poor condition and appeared burnt. I explained this to the person serving me, who introduced herself as the manager. Instead of handling the matter professionally, she dismissed my concern and insisted the food was not burnt, speaking to me in a rude manner. Unfortunately I’m not one to leave bad reviews but as a business owner myself the service I received was honestly not good enough. I ordered and paid for an outdoor kitchen late November 2024 I was told the bbq would be installed end of January, which I was ok with. However this dragged on for months and months and blame was put on us for appropriate measurements not being able to be taken which isn’t correct.
