I purchased food today from your North Lakes branch. Unfortunately, the food was in very poor condition and appeared burnt. I explained this to the person serving me, who introduced herself as the manager. Instead of handling the matter professionally, she dismissed my concern and insisted the food was not burnt, speaking to me in a rude manner. Unfortunately I’m not one to leave bad reviews but as a business owner myself the service I received was honestly not good enough. I ordered and paid for an outdoor kitchen late November 2024 I was told the bbq would be installed end of January, which I was ok with. However this dragged on for months and months and blame was put on us for appropriate measurements not being able to be taken which isn’t correct. I was here as a contractor but i must i hadn't been looking for out door furniture but wow compare to the Bunn nings thie prices were pretty fair for the quality of the product variations of outdoor settings and BBQ/ cookers and Pizza ovens or just big ovens well worth the look had sales now on 1200 for a large outdoor setting for up to 9 people sitting at a wonderful but sturdy table arrangement various types frames and a cement type table very well done and eye catching I didn't think it was cement great Wood settings as w... read more
