I purchased my furniture from another store that went out of business..but the finish had faided and I was still under warranty, Outdoor Oasis carried the same company..so they sent a warranty claim in for me to have my furniture replaced
I have purchased several different patio set from Outdoor Oasis in the past several years. Their prices are great but the service and staff is why I keep going back. I never feel like they are trying to "sell me something". Their approach of education about outdoor furniture is refreshing and informative. The service after the sale was excellent and the delivery guys were great. (they even helped me move another piece of furniture in my house). I would totally recommend everyone to shop at Oasis before you buy anything.
