The walkway itself was done very well, but they left a mess after it was built. Threw dirt over gravel instead of cleaning it up. They said they would replant plants but they did not. They reseeded a yard in a way that so seed could grow. I wasn’t going to write a review but the more I’m out there messing with it, the more irritated I get.

Buyer beware, quality matches his abilities, very little. He never keeps a schedule and is rarely on site. When he realizes he is in over his head, he will quit on you. I have pi ture to show his ability to back up this review.

We had an amazing experience with Outdoor Modern Concepts. We wanted an outdoor living space like we had always seen on HGTV. Outdoor Modern Concepts helped make our dream become an actual design. Starting with a large custom putting green, lined with a paver patio, wood burning fireplace and all while converting a bunch of unused area in our backyard. Now we have a great place for entertaining friends and family only a few steps out our back door. We couldn’t be happier.

When our shared office space needed an upgrade and we didn’t know what was possible. We called a number of “professionals” who basically told us what they wanted to do. Some had good ideas but they didn’t really listen to what we had hoped to see done.
