Today I visited your store in Blackburn. The 2 sales assistants were sitting on the desk talking to eachother. I had to go and ask them to assiste me with an item I wanted to purchase. There was no other customer in the shop at the time !! The assistant told me that this item wasn't on stock, and , if I wanted it I had to drive all the way to Cheltenham !!!!!!!!! , or I had to pay $99.00 delivery fee to bring it to the Blackburn shop !!!!!!!!!!!!!
