We ordered a set of outdoor chairs back in October 2025 -- it is now end of July 2026, over nine months later, and we still do not have them. They had no problem taking our payment immediately, though. Every single month it's the same story: "it'll be in next month's container." Then next month comes, and then it is again pushed to the following month's container. This has now happened for nine months straight.
