What a great find this place is. Very friendly and helpful. And they have everything. Wont go anywhere else from now on. Left my bike like bramd new within in 2 hours.
Andrew talked me through the options and Noel did an excellent repair at a realistic price. Quick and friendly. Very happy. Ebike feels like new.
My GT Ebike developed a fault and having bought it from a retailer who is no longer in business, I wasn’t optimistic about getting a repair. An online search revealed Outdoor Life was an agent and I decided to give them a call. I was amazed at how helpful they were. The fault wasn’t straight forward but Andrew was so persistent and even managed to get it fixed under warranty. The whole team are so friendly and helpful, I will gladly travel 40 miles for any cycling or outdoor gear.
Friendly helpful staff with a wealth of knowledge, couldn’t do enough for you. Got my brakes fixed with no hassle. Good customer experience. I will definitely be back.
