Passing through Sandpoint on a cycle tour, discovered a broken spoke. The bike shop gentleman fixed it same day for a reasonable price, allowing me to continue on and maintain the trip schedule. Much appreciated, excellent service.
Their bike service is TOP notch! Brian is extremely knowledgeable and offers incredible customer service. He left nothing untouched when my town bike was serviced and it rides like it's brand new! I will not take my bike(s) elsewhere!

Very disappointed with the return policy. I returned a Christmas gift and showed the gift receipt that was bought just 1 week prior. The lady behind the counter told me I could only receive store credit because I only had a gift receipt and not the receipt that was used to buy the shirt. I told her it was a Christmas GIFT.
