He was so responsive to all my calls, was very professional from the get-go, kept me updated with the progress of my delivery. He made the experience so seamless and easy. I absolutely love my new outdoor set! I purchased the Noosa set and it’s looks even better in person! Ali was amazing to deal with. I was kept up to date right until I received my set. I ordered on Friday, and received on Wednesday just as I requested. Thank you again ❤️
I ordered the Atlantis combined outdoor dining and lounge and the quality is amazing. Even came fully assembled apart from the table legs. So very comfortable with the thick seating cushions. Not like some others I have seen. The customer service is fantastic and they get back to you immediately. Nothing is a problem for them. They really excel at service and quality. Ali delivered the setting within a few days and I just cant recommmend this company enough.
I would 100% recommend this store. They made an effort to get my outdoor set to me quickly with prompt delivery and kept me informed all the way up to the delivery day (great customer service).
