From the new moment we entered the show room in Dural Ali met us with a warm greeting and friendly conversation. He listened to what we required and offered us outdoor furniture options. We picked the outdoor setting we desired and made payment. Upon returning home we " to our disappointment the setting would not fit" we rang Ali who offered us an alternative and although more expensive he did not charge us the difference in price. Not only was the price for the pieces the best price we could find after an extensive internet search, the quality has been amazing; everyone who has sat on the lounge has been amazed by the quality and comfortability of the cushions. Further, Ali went above and beyond with customer service. Very happy and satisfied, and would recommend Outdoor Gallery.
