What a pleasure it has been to deal with Ali and his team at Outdoor Gallery! The product is fabulous - so comfortable with big puffy cushions, and looks great. There was a small issue when the furniture arrived and was unpacked - this was promptly resolved by Ali without fuss. Highly recommend purchasing from Ali - would give it 6 * if I could!
