Such beautiful furniture, and really helpful team. The quality is exceptional and our outdoor dining set is still lovely after almost 10 years. Our pool deck chairs needed a small replacement part and James went out of his way to get one for us. Many thanks James!
I wanted to match an outdoor chaise which I had previously (a long time ago) bought from Outdoor Elegance. James and Kerrie both researched then made a few phone inquiries from their suppliers, and managed to get me a special order for a matched pair. Nothing was too much trouble, and they kept me apprised of the progress. And the two chaises have just arrived and are fantastic ! A pleasure to deal with and very high quality furniture - I couldn’t be happier. Special mention to Christian and his delivery team who were super communicative & went above and beyond to unbox very heavy crated items and dispose of the rubbish for me. Highly recommend!
