Outdoor Elegance staff were friendly and professional, both on the phone prior to our site visit and also in store. No hassles, gave me a fair and good price straight up, no mucking around. Followed up twice over past few weeks regarding an item ordered mid January. Same individual advised they needed to check with warehouse and would call us back same day. No calls received to date. Poor customer service.
We were very happy shopping at Outdoor Elegance they have the most amazing array of beautiful outdoor furniture. The service was exceptional and the whole shopping experience was great. When they delivered the goods they don't usually put the tables together but they asked us if we would like them to put it together and seeing we are older it was great to have the table all set up ready to use.
