We had an exceptional experience with Outdoor Elegance. We ordered and purchased a patio fountain and Artisan Grill. The gentleman who helped us with selecting our products, Rob, was wonderful. Once the items were fabricated, the delivery and setup was completed by separate teams who really knew what they were doing. Everyone was professional and courteous. This store is great- a large variety of beautiful outdoor furniture. Joshua helped us find exactly what we were looking for! He was super friendly, extremely knowledgeable about the products, and not pushy at all. We were able to order exactly what we needed. He even had the delivery guys bring us throw pillows to visualize what we might want to order in the future. I highly recommend Outdoor Elegance! Thank you Joshua for all of your help and guidance!
What a great company! We purchased our set 16 years ago from Outdoor Elegance and needed new cushions. The cushions are a unique shape so we needed to send samples. Lisandro patiently showed me all of the different options and let me know it would take 4 to 6 weeks. They arrived ahead of time and are absolutely what I thought they would be. Lisandro’s professionalism and patience exceeded my expectations.
