Lisandro help helped us get all the information we needed to operate - take care of and clean the waterfall, he installed it and made sure everything was up to par. We had a wonderful experience with Outdoor Elegance. Ordering was simple with helpful samples and friendly sales associates who made the process easy. We chose to have the furniture delivered and assembled, and Alex and Armen were fantastic. They were kind, courteous, and professional, came up with a great placement idea that we ended up keeping, and made sure everything was perfect before removing all the packaging. We could not be happier and will definitely return to Outdoor Elegance for future needs.
