The wrong item was delivered and dumped outside without letting me know. I had to call to advise of the wrong delivery and email back again to ask how to return the item. I visited both Outdoor Elegance stores in metro Melbourne before making a purchase. Staff in the Richmond store were particularly helpful, but also Braeside's team was friendly and courteous. The delivery team carried the furniture down the side of the house and put it on my deck, which I appreciated. Also, the support centre was responsive in getting a little foot that was missing from my lounge, delivered the next time the delivery people were in my area.
A great range of outdoor furniture to style any space. The team were extremely helpful with the product selection, and demonstrating the features. The delivery was also seamless. Highly recommend Outdoor Elegance.
