I visited both Outdoor Elegance stores in metro Melbourne before making a purchase. Staff in the Richmond store were particularly helpful, but also Braeside's team was friendly and courteous. The delivery team carried the furniture down the side of the house and put it on my deck, which I appreciated. Also, the support centre was responsive in getting a little foot that was missing from my lounge, delivered the next time the delivery people were in my area.
A great range of outdoor furniture to style any space. The team were extremely helpful with the product selection, and demonstrating the features. The delivery was also seamless. Highly recommend Outdoor Elegance.

Just received our outdoor table and chairs, which matches the lounge we bought from Outdoor Elegance a few years ago. The quality of the furniture is fantastic and I could not fault the customer service. They went out of their way to 'loan' me some chairs while waiting on my new chairs to arrive. Was very impressed.
