We've purchased around $6,000 worth of outdoor furniture from this shop and have delt with Paul from the Noble Park branch. Paul has been excellent to deal with and is extremely customer focused which has been a breathe of fresh air. Although the company has delivered incorrect/damaged furniture, Paul has been able to sort all our returns and answered all our questions. Thanks Paul.
We walked into the Braeside shop today and received zero customer service. The male staff member just sat at his desk and avoided eye contact. When I asked him a couple of questions, he quickly answered and went back to staring at his computer. He clearly wasn’t interested in offering even basic customer service. We were ready to buy today but went elsewhere.
If there was a negative score, that will be my score. I had purchased a lazy Susan that was delivered from Melbourne to Brisbane. I have had to email & call to ask for my tracking number repeatedly. The wrong item was delivered and dumped outside without letting me know. I had to call to advise of the wrong delivery and email back again to ask how to return the item. I visited both Outdoor Elegance stores in metro Melbourne before making a purchase. Staff in the Richmond store were particularly helpful, but also Braeside's team was friendly and courteous. The delivery team carried the furniture down the side of the house and put it on my deck, which I appreciated. Also, the support centre was responsive in getting a little foot that was missing from my lounge, delivered the next time the delivery people were in my area.
A great range of outdoor furniture to style any space. The team were extremely helpful with the product selection, and demonstrating the features. The delivery was also seamless. Highly recommend Outdoor Elegance.
