The moment we entered the shop to look at what was available we thought opulence and quality, but not snobby. The staff were measured in allowing us time to browse but eager and happy to answer questions and advise on options. Communications after the sale and delivery was also a great experience. Definitely would recommend this store to anyone confidently.
Excellent experience with Outdoor Elegance! Melissa was a pleasure to deal with and provided great customer service throughout. We purchased the Modena dining table and Treble dining chairs and are very impressed with the quality. Delivery was smooth and on time. Highly recommend!
