We had such a great experience at Outdoor Elegance Helensvale! Kylie and Andras were absolutely amazing – super friendly, helpful, and made the whole process really easy. We purchased three sets, already received one and the others are on the way. The quality is outstanding – the tables and chairs are gorgeous, and the sofas are just stunning. Couldn’t be happier with the service and the beautiful furniture. Highly recommend!
We went into the Helensvale store, just to have a look for an outdoor table and chairs. Kylie approached us to check if we needed help or just browsing. She then left us to browse, keeping her distance but available enough for us if we needed. We felt relaxed to browse and as we were taking she let us know we could have the type of table we needed in whatever size. Over the past 18 months we have purchased our outdoor sofas, outdoor coffee tables, sun loungers and umbrella. The quality of each item has been outstanding and well worth the cost. Anders customer service is first class and nothing is ever too much for him. Could not recommend more highly.
