On the 12/01 I purchased a very expensive outdoor lounge from this shop. I was told it was in-stock in Melbourne and would arrive in 2 weeks. On the 29/01 I rang up to ask where the lounge was. I was informed they had an issue with Melbourne, but there was one in Sydney and that would arrive soon. After a couple of weeks I rang up for an update and was told there was no stock available when I placed my order, and that my order was on a ship due to dock in Sydney at the end of Feb. Can not believe this company will not recognise an Osko payment & refuses to give you the goods when you travel in from a rural area especially when they constantly requested payment it's not good enough be aware
Very excited for my new outdoor decking furniture! Really appreciative of Luke's efforts in getting our order to us as quickly as possible as well. He went to great lengths in bringing the furniture from the warehouse to the DFO delivery dock. My daughter is thrilled to have her own daybed on the deck!
