We recently moved into a townhouse with a lovely patio which needed just the right outdoor setting. We came across Outdoor Elegance in Fyshwick and purchased the dark grey Aspen outdoor set. The staff were lovely and helpful, delivery was prompt with no issues and we are so so pleased with our purchase. Purchased the Ubud three seater, matching chairs and Tequila fire table. Over $10 000 purchase. Lounge and chairs were to be ordered from warehouse. Lounge arrived completely unboxed and clearly floor stock. All still had price tags attached from the shop floor. Lounge and chairs are clearly scuffed all over and lounge has visible signs of someone spilling a drink on it. We received it yesterday in this condition. We paid RRP.
