Fixed my puncture and replaced a worn tyre straight away. Excellent service at a reasonable cost. Lots of preloved bikes for sale too. Thanks Michael
Polite and friendly service. Needed to have a front wheel made true again. The problem was dealt with there and then. Checked with myself that I was happy with finished job. Very competitively priced as well. I would highly recommend to others.
AVOID this place! The owner hasn’t got a clue about customer service… the way he talks to customers is laughable. The man’s miserable and patronising!
I'm not one for normally leaving a review but feel I can't not this time - AVOID! Can't believe the way the bloke spoke to us! We dropped our son's bike off on Friday as the chain is slack and coming off repeatedly. He told us it would be a day or so and he would text us. We phoned yesterday evening for an update as we hadn't heard anything and he said that the part had not arrived and "it was out of his hands". Had a puncture fixed by Mike within reasonable time/cost. He also replaced a worn out brake pad which I was not aware of and checked the others to make sure my bike is roadworthy. Would recommend :) PS: Mike is a self-taught electric bike servicing guy as wll and l helps with electrifying normal bikes.
