The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, providing us with great recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed. The rental process was smooth and hassle-free, and the prices were very reasonable.
You can not make reservations for any items other than bounce houses. Rental items are first come, first served basis the day of your event. I guess if you like living on the edge and praying it all works out, this business practice might work for you, but if you are trying to plan anymore than 1 day in advance, their rental procedures will not benefit you.
Rented a bounce house for my daughter's birthday. Great price. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
