Sent an online query to obtain a quote, they called me to book in an appointment for the next day. 30 minutes after the appointment time where no one showed up I called the office, they looked up my details on file and said they would call the sales consultant to see what’s happened and call me back. No call back from reception either, called them and they are closed. They close at 4pm I called the office at 3:51pm. Obviously going home was more important than any sort of customer service. I’d advise against going with this business at all costs. It has taken 18 months to install a 3x6m louvre roof. Once they took my deposit there was no action or communication for months. Ongoing excuses from start to what they believe to be “finished”, I’ve had to deal with multiple tradespersons and administrators since the beginning to end and nobody had a real idea of what was going on while still trying to bill me full cost. What a disgrace. Graeme gave my 93 yo a written quote and I discussed with him the remote and where the GPO would go to drive the motor. Outdoor blinds have now refused to honour the written quote because Graeme "forgot" to include the $500 for the motor. A shameful performance but Outdoor Blinds Perth Do not trust them
