great customer service in the bike department had a rough time there when I brought a bike and the said it was gonna take like 4 months to fix but the new person is really amazing he's making efforts to keep me as a customer definitely would recommend going here for bike related problems and inquiries

Poor service - Purchased a $200 helmet & requested a new visor due to it being ripped off on the first day my son took it to school ... You assured me you could get a new one and ud give me a call when it arrived. One year on I still havent heard from you, I have followed up multiple times and you keep taking my name / number but never follow back up with us.
