After attempting to shop at two Specialized shops (one in El Paso and the local shop) and not receiving any assistance and another bike shop in El Paso and the owner trying to persuade me to buy something I really didn't want, I went to Outdoor Adventures. I should have know I would receive the outstanding service that I always do. Pablo assisted me immediately upon coming into the door.
