I brought my parents to the store to test ride some bikes. The staff (especially Deb) was incredible. Very helpful and patient. They allowed my parents to test ride 3 different types of bikes. The store was focused on finding the right bike for my parents without pressuring them into buying one. I was very impressed and will shop here in the future.
Amazing help and information. Deb is certainly one of the best people I've come across in my search for a new bike.
The folks there were very nice, but their website is very misleading. They no longer carry any road bikes, despite them being prominently advertised on the website. I would have loved to purchase a bike from them, but I am quite frustrated after driving an hour to this shop specifically because they sell Cannondale and the photos on their website show a great selection. That is no longer the case as they have downsized considerably. Expect a handful (less than 15) of mountain and recreational bikes, but no Roadies. It looks ... read more
