Brought bikes in for a tune up and was told they’d be done after 2-3 days 2 weeks later I returned to find they hadn’t touched either of the bikes. Seems like a lack of professionalism, won’t be back.
I dropped in with a minor crank problem. They dropped what they were doing and got me going in short order and no charge to boot. Great guys.
Just spent two weeks in West Kelowna visiting my daughter. Needed to hire a bike to get around. Glen was very friendly and helpful in sorting out a suitable bike, complete with a helmet and lock at a reasonable price. Very good, friendly service.
Best bike shop in West Kelowna, best all-round selection of bicycles accessories and clothing. Fantastic staff, and always reliable service and repairs.
Absolutely best bike store I have ever been too. Changed our kids tube's and treads for free. Thank you
