Late, maybe never getting here. no communication.
Do not buy anything from this company. They do not care about customer satisfaction at all. Though stated in the exchange policy you have one chance at an exchange. (I did miss this, my bad there) If the items still do not fit correctly you are stuck with the product. No exchange or refund for returning the products. I've never heard of this, ever! I just tried to buy a hat I tried on yesterday at Outback. Yesterday, the store clerk, Sue was super helpful. But today there was a different person. She did not acknowledge me because she was on the phone talking loudly. When I got the hat off the peg, brought it up to the counter, she turned her back to me. After this went on awhile, I left the hat on the counter and left, yelling "Goodbye". No way to become popular. I went and bought a different hat at Tractor Supply and like it very much.
In need of something for the races, barn or special occasion? These folks always have the PERFECT outfit!! (p.s. their boots are awesome)
