Absolutely terrible customer service, it’s like they don’t care about doing there job, for the past 6 months I’ve been trying to get them to send me a new motor for my fan because the one they gave me was faulty and when I told them the information they thought to send me a circuit board to replace but as I told them the circuit board was already working and was super hot because the motor is broken, they still haven’t solved the issue and now I’m going back into a loop of sending them information I’ve already given because ... read more

Saying that though they have a wide range and are very competitively priced. I would recommend OutBack Equipment to anyone looking for anything 4x4 or Outdoor. I even bought my icheck gear from outback Equipment as they where significantly cheaper than icheck. Keep up the great work Outback Equipment.
