Some people make it in the community but forget who got them where they are today! Your customers should not be treated like nothing, especially by the so called 'Owner' of the company. If you've done something wrong, be honest and say you are wrong but don't make it like it's the customer's fault. I took my bike here and the young lady who took my bike was very helpful but the owner call my phone back with an update on my bike but she was very rude! I was recommend Outback bikes by Jenyfer and she was spot on. They accommodated me at the last minute. The owner took my bike and tuned it up within days. I was also recommended a Saris bike rack that is awesome. I brought another bike for them to look at when picking up my other bike. Everything went well and they even put on the new bike rack. As a bonus, they gave me a few straps to secure bikes. The price was fair and the service on a Sunday was above and beyond. I will be back. Kudos team
