I'm posting here as they suppress negative reviews on their site. That is, I tried to leave a review on their site and it never went through. I bought one of their straw hats and it was huge (despite using the size guide and fabric they provided). There were loose glue strings all over as well. It was pretty cheap quality. I bought one of their oilskin hats a while back and was impressed by that but between the low quality straw hat and how they suppress negative reviews... Go elsewhere.
It was worth the 1 hour drive. I was looking to buy a certain type of jacket but wound up buying another type because it looked better and had a few more features. It was great to try it on and see how the size fit me. Suzanne was great, she knew a lot about the products and was instrumental in helping me pick the right jacket. I was so satisfied I bought a couple other things.
I live out west, I just called the store because I owned OTC products before and really like their hats and jackets. The lady was VERY HELPFUL! I hope that Outback opens a store in the Reno Tahoe region, us westerners want and need quality gear too. I dislike online shopping, your store is nearly 2000 miles away. Please convince corporate to open a store in Reno or close by.
A great store in Oxford to find hats, shirts and outerwear. They have a great section in the back for discount items and I found a few pieces that I was really excited about! Check them out if you're in the area.
Suzanne Huff was a great salesperson and helped me get a great fitting coat and hat for my trip to Iceland. I'd suggest going to try things on before buying as the sizes could vary. Very much enjoyed my time there and look forward to going back for holiday shopping.
