I would rate this company 0 stars if able. Buyer beware! Received an item as a gift, which was too large. Since the company is in the same county as me, and Google showed the address with business hours, attempted to return in person. Unfortunately, no store location is there. Arrived to a "store front coming soon" sign on the door. I used to love Outback Trading Company. As a cattle rancher and outdoor enthusiast, I would like to think of myself as their target audience. I have bought hats, vests, and jackets from them that are beautiful and long-lasting. Unfortunately, I had the experience of engaging with customer service for the first time and what a let down that was. I love this store, it cares everything I need for fun or horse back riding. Their hats are well made and I like the way the look, they have a nice Head band on the hat. I purchased the chocolate colored 1,and a beautiful comfortable shirt in brown. The prices are reasonable considering how nice the clothes and hats and coats are. My next item on my bucket list is the long style cowboy look coat and I prefer the black one. I definitely recommend the Outback Trading adventure company. They carry nothing but the best. I purchased a pair of waterproof keen boots from Outback adventure a couple months ago. I loved the store and the service provided. The salesperson was super nice and pointed me in the right direction of what to purchase. I plan to come back to purchase some more outdoor gear. Would 100% going to this store for all your outdoor adventure needs!
