I have bought two bikes (one for me and one for my son) at Out Spokin, and have my mountain bike serviced there every year. Staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. I hope they can reopen soon!

I ordered a pair of OneUp pedals from the website that were listed for sale for $20 (yes I am aware that is extremely cheap, but I figured maybe they were selling that cheap due to time of year and orange isn’t necessarily the best color.) I had a friend go to the shop to pick them up because I live far away and he was initially told they didn’t have an order under my name. I haven't been here since 2015 but As I can see they are still getting complaints for poor attitude and condescending remarks. I hear it's going out of business I'm surprised It didn't happen sooner to be honest. Been a loyal patron to many great bike shops this one lost me over a decade ago Reality bikes in Cumming has had my loyalty since 2008 and I started making that trip to give them my business again since that bad experience. I wish I could give negative stars. These guys are rude and condescending. I was picking up two bikes that were serviced. It’s hard taking bikes out the door so I put the door stop down to be able to load them. I didn’t know they had a dog inside. They yelled at me to close the door and continued to talk crap and roll their eyes at me. They are terrible at customer service and rude. Find somewhere that cares about how they treat people. Save your money and give it to a company that will treat you with respect.

Absolutely abysmal customer service. The way they speak to female customers, let alone customers in general makes me concerned for the state of what once was a great community. After going through their reviews i understand now why several people have advocated for other bike shops. When very justified problems are brought up they go straight to defense and attack the customer. Would highly suggest going to Free-Flite if needing any bike repair.
