what an exciting place to now visit and shop! the store is clean, you can easily discover treasures you didn't realize that you needed, personnel are friendly and helpful with suggestions and answers to questions and problems you might have, and now there are Bead Socials every Thursday from 3:00-7:00 as well as classes to learn something new. What a great improvement the new owner, Kristen MacDowell, has brought.

While I usually shop on-line at Whim Beads, with excellent service and speedy delivery, I had the opportunity to visit the store in-person during a trip north of San Francisco. The same service, answered my questions, very helpful with pointing out what's new, what's not on the web page. Great bead shop, easy to find. Thanks for a great shopping experience.
